Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They message your WhatsApp Business number like any other contact.
Can it sell something that's out of stock?
No. Stock is re-synced from Shopify every few minutes and out-of-stock variants are removed before search. Orders are created in Shopify itself, so Shopify's own checks still apply.
Will the AI make up policies or prices?
Policy questions are answered word-for-word from your FAQ, without AI. Prices, stock and product details always come from Shopify.
What payment options are supported?
Cash on Delivery (optional) and online payment through a secure Shopify checkout link. Payment is confirmed back in the chat automatically.
We don't sell clothes. Will it work for us?
Yes. Categories, filters and follow-up questions come from your own catalog — a tyre store gets asked about tyre sizes, an electronics store about budget and specs.
